The beaches in Paros are widely known for many decades now for their beauty, the purity of the sea waters, but also for being well organised, offering many camping and water sports opportunities. Close to Paroikia, and more specifically Krotiri, lies the beach and camping of Krios.
The famous and impressive Kolybithres, near Naousa, are naturally chiselled on the rock sculptures and also an ideal place for water sports fans.
At the outskirts of Piso Livadi, within the settlement, lies a small sandy beach, as well as Logaras beach with shallow waters and taverns on the shore. At the north lies the big sandy beach of Mylos with the windsurfing school, at the south there is Pounta, one of the best in Cyclades, and then there is Chrysi Akti with Agkali beach, where there is a good water sports infrastructure.
Next stops are Lolantonis and Glyfa, full of cedars and bushy plants, and then passing through Aspro Chorio (White Village) the visitor comes across Tripiti, the bay of Faragkas, Aggeria, and the sandy beach of Aliki, full of tall tamarisks and 'uplands' full of cedars and cypresses.
